Karin Tesdall and Richard Lee take on a challenge. August, 2025
Last summer, Karin had a man come to her honey stand. He didn't want to buy honey but said he had some bees coming into his house. Karin said she would take a look. She decided to invite Richard along. Nothing like having a "boy scout" with you on an adventure. The bees were coming into the house under some siding and had taken residence in a void between the floor joist of the upper level and the laundry room below. Since was no drywall to be removed, Richard just pulled back the insulation and revealed 14 sections of āSā shaped comb. The duo carefully removed the comb. There was honey dripping everywhere! After they were done, they finished by spraying foam in the opening by the siding.
